Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all X Noise Rest Buds orders. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we will sort out a full refund for you. No questions asked.

How to start a return

Email us at support@xnoiseco.com with your order number and let us know you would like a refund. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with everything you need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@xnoiseco.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right straight away.
